The flour mixer
As the grain is not crushed at once, but is ground cautiously in different passages,
the flour produced is of various quality and grades. The miller weighs and composes
flour of different milling passages so that the flour type according to the prescribed
degrees of the mineral ash test can be guaranteed. He pours out the bags into the
mixer which helps to get a flour grade of consistent quality with the help of a bevel
worm that cuts through 3 floors. After roughly an hour the flour is ready for filling
into the bags for sale at the bottom floor.
